This home is on Longlea Ct In the Pleasant Valley area of Little Rock.

The owners had a roof leak which was repaired some time ago. The leak had gone of for so long that the ceiling of the front porch became rotten and needed to be replaced.

First the rotten Piece of Rough Sawn Fir Plywood was removed.

As it turned out, one of the 2x4 stringers which supports the ceiling needed to be replaced as well.

A new piece of plywood was installed and the trim was replaced.

Next, all seams and nail holes were caulked and the entire surface primed.

Finally, two coats of finish color are applied and the job is done!
