Our History

We started as a family business in 1986 to service real estate investors and homeowners in the Pulaski and Saline County area, and then included the North West Arkansas eventually extending as far as Oklahoma City and Tulsa in Oklahoma, Joplin and Rolla in Missouri, Memphis in Tennesse and as far south as Shereveport andMonroe in Lousiana as well.

We were part of the real estate boom, and grew with it. Our goal as a business was and still is, is to help real estate investors keep their properties rented and help homeowners maintain and increase the value of their homes.

Superhero 4 Hire is committed to continuing to assist residents and real estate investors in accomplishing their construction, remodeling and capital improvement needs. Currently, Superhero 4 Hire is aggressively assisting investors, and home owners to improve their homes and investments. We work directly with consumers, investors, and through general contractors. Our goal is to help people accomplish their remodeling goals and needs.

We are a locally owned and operated business serving Little Rock, North Little Rock, Benton, Bryant, Maumelle, Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. We know the construction industry has a reputation for bad services that is why we make it our priority to give our Clients the best service possible from start to finish.

We take pride in our ability to provide our customers with the highest quality construction services. We offer a wide variety of services from small general rental property cleaning and make ready projects to large home remodels. Whether your project is large or small it will be performed by a qualified and experienced construction crew, and will be supervised daily.

Our Owner:

Our Owner, Al Susoeff, Jr. is a published author of 4 books, all dealing with residental construction and the hiring of contractors as well as the unique challenges of home ownership in general. You may have seen his books at places as Amazon.com & Barnes and Noble, as well as many other vendors worldwide.

He is an Arkansas Licensed Civil Engineer, and a real estate investor in the Pulaski and Saline county areas so he knows first hand the needs of homeowners and investors and has the expertise and technical knowledge to get the job done right!
